I talked my client into letting me do a guerilla marketing campaign for their new luxury student housing opening in Syracuse, New York. The idea was to create impactful punchline ads in the location in which they will be viewed to trigger a much more visceral response from readers.

From ideation, pitch, art direction to activation, the project was successful as all tenants filled the building the following summer. A project manual that clearly outlined the project concept and install guidelines were also handed off to the client for the street team to "install" all ads.
