BUY/SELL was part show opening and part satirical act that we decided to put out regarding the world of art and the selling of art, especially in NYC. We wanted to see how far we could push the boundaries of art sales and the appearance of a “overly hyped show” and seeing the results of it. 

As always, we wanted to mix in technology to its full potential, creating a false website for a “gallery” that is hosting this show (hence the name GAG, but also similar to GAGOSIAN) and a “bidding” platform to over-exaggerate the capital required to purchase some of these pieces.
